NO UN LAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Services (“Services”), you must not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You must not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any Simpli Boards® equipment or property. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, or obtain, or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services, or Simpli Boards® staff.
This site is intended for the lawful use of Simpli Boards® course attendees, employees, mentors, and management. Subject to the TOU, Simpli Boards grants you a non-transferable, limited right of access and the use of the Simpli Boards® site, Services and course materials. (“Materials”). As such, you may not allow others to, directly or indirectly:
- Reproduce, sell, modify or distribute the Materials in any way;
- Transfer the Materials to any other person without the written consent and authorization of Simpli Boards Management;
- Interfere of disrupting any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Simpli Boards®’ premises and/or Services.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By enrolling in Simpli Boards®’ services, you subscribe and agree to receive email communication, announcements and/or updates pertaining to the course, other relevant courses, Simpli Boards®’ service offerings that may be of interest, and/or the exam process communications. Email communication and updates may be sent prior, during, and after the completion of the course. You may choose to opt out of receiving email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe button in the email or contacting admin directly.
USE OF SERVICES
Upon registration and complete payment of course fees, you are entitled to the following services:
- Attendance to all offered sessions of the course, as indicated in both the registration Agreement and the course outline.
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Communication Services, you will not:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
- Publish, post, upload, distribute, disseminate or otherwise make available any content this is: false, inaccurate, inappropriate, profane, defamatory, libelous, harmful, vulgar, obscene, indecent, abusive or harassing on our forum;
- Use the Services in a malicious, misleading or discriminatory manner;
- Violate and applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.
Simpli Boards within its sole discretion, reserves the right at all times to disclose any information it deems necessary and appropriate to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. It further reserves the right to edit, refuse to post and to remove any information/materials, in whole or in part.
REGISTRATION AND SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Course applicants may be subject to a review process and further interview by the Simpli Boards® team to determine their eligibility. The review and approval process will be conducted within 3 weeks from the registration date.
If the applicant does not receive any further communications from Simpli Boards®, within 3 weeks from the date of registration, then they are considered accepted and fully registered in the course. While Simpli Boards® will use all reasonable means to offer sessions/courses at the promised times and by the scheduled mentors, Simpli Boards® also reserves the right to adjust the course timelines, mentors, number of sessions, and to further cancel sessions or courses at their discretion. In the event a service is overbooked, Simpli Boards will work on offering an alternate service/time, or offer the client a full refund. The client agrees that no additional compensation other than refunding the original fees shall be given.
Timing within sessions will be managed by the mentors and allocated to groups and/or individuals as the mentors see fit, to maximally benefit the aspirants.
PRIVACY NOTICE
The Aspirant acknowledges that Simpli Boards will use the Aspirant’s personal information for the purpose of provision of the Services to the Aspirant as well as for the purposes of managing Simpli Boards’ business operations. The Aspirant understands that the Aspirant’s likeness may be used in diverse educational and/or promotional settings within an unrestricted geographic area. The Aspirant may refuse or withdraw consent to the use and disclosure of their personal information at any time, in written format, subject to contractual and other legal obligations. However, doing so may preclude entitlement to particular benefits or services. Simpli Boards within its sole discretion, reserves the right to disclose any information it deems necessary and appropriate to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
MISSING CLASSES OR PARTS OF A COURSE
Missed sessions will NOT be compensated for in any way, so please ensure that you closely adhere to the classroom time. If you absolutely cannot attend due to a major circumstance, please ensure that you have an arrangement with a colleague for missed notes, as Simpli Boards does not have the obligation, nor may it have the feasibility, to repeat or replay lectures. It is, however, a good practice to inform the administrative staff of missed lectures regardless, in case there is preplanned make-up or repeat session(s).
COPYRIGHTS
All course materials are solely for the personal use of registered course attendees. It is strictly prohibited to transmit, reproduce, sell or distribute any course materials in any form or by any means, including but not limited to photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written consent of Simpli Boards Management. Simpli Boards grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable ability to access and/or use the program materials for your personal non-commercial use. You agree that you may not use any of the materials (Simpli Notes, Simpli Tests, Mock examinations, course handouts, video and any virtual postings) in any manner, or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement and in particular you may not:
(a) create derivative work of any of the materials provided to you during your enrollment at Simpli Boards; and,
(b) resell or reproduce any of the materials provided to you by Simpli Boards
Simpli Boards reserve the right to take legal action including making a report to JCNDE or ADA against any aspirant who is found to be in violation of Simpli Boards copyright.
PROPRIETARY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As between Simpli Boards and you, Simpli Boards owns all rights, title and interest in and to the services and program materials. You acknowledge and agree that the services and program materials are provided to you only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Except for the limited rights granted in this Agreement, all rights are reserved by Simpli Boards.
IDENTIFICATIONS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Post registration to Simpli Boards Courses identifying documents for the authenticity of registrations are required. Such documents include government issued IDs/documents and other documents which may be asked includes, but not restricted to Dentpin /ADA Test registration/ Prometric Test booking. Simpli Boards will not share these documents with a third party without the consent of the client. Unwillingness or refusal to provide identifying documents is grounds for expulsion with no refund.
PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO RELEASE, REVIEWS & TESTIMONY
I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video recording without payment or any other consideration, I understand that my image may be used in educational and/or promotional settings within an unrestricted geographic area and no compensation shall be provided for the same. By submitting your review or testimonial, you grant Simpli Boards Inc. the right to use, reproduce, and publish the content, including your name and any relevant details, on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, or any other promotional platforms.
DENIAL OF FUTURE REGISTRATIONS
The violation of any agreement entered with Simpli Boards at any point in time may be grounds for dismissal from all future Simpli Boards services.
CODE OF CONDUCT, PAYMENT, REFUND, AND COURSE ADJUSTMENTS
CODE OF CONDUCT
All registrants at Simpli Boards agree to adhere to the code of conduct at all times. Violation of terms of conduct is an offense under the Code, subject to disciplinary actions and can result in immediate termination from the course(s) with no refund.
The code includes the following:
- exercise common courtesy and professionalism at all times when dealing with Simpli Boards staff, mentors, and other aspirants.
- operate/use Simpli Boards platform following the standards and instructions provided by Simpli Boards and/or its mentors.
- not record any of the sessions or any other parts of the Course, whether in audio or video formats.
- Do not disrupt the sessions by engaging in loud side conversations, playing music, and repetitive questions/arguments with the mentor.
- Not solicit, advertise or sell any material or services during the sessions or on Simpli Boards Platform.
- not facilitate or allow entry onto the platform, of individuals who are not part of the Course.
- not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- not publish, post, upload, distribute, disseminate or otherwise make available any content that is: false, inaccurate, inappropriate, profane, defamatory, libelous, harmful, vulgar, obscene, indecent, abusive or harassing on the Simpli Boards forum.
- not interfere or disrupt any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Simpli Boards’ Services.
The aspirant must immediately report to Simpli Boards any behavior by the aspirant or anyone else on Simpli Boards forum, that does not comply with the Code of Conduct or the terms of this Agreement.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration for the Online Interactive Sessions
Register for at least 24 hours to avoid the unnecessary huddles at the last minutes. Simpli Board will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to not abiding with this requirement.
It is required by all aspirants to keep their cameras on during the session and failing to abide with this rule will be subjected to withdraw from the ongoing sessions.
It may take up to 12 hours to receive the zoom registrations, so please wait till that period.
Registration for the INBDE Courses
Post registration to INBDE Courses, identifying documents for the authenticity of registrations are required. Such documents include government issued IDs/documents and other documents which may be asked includes, but not restricted to Dentpin /ADA Test registration/ Prometric Test booking. Simpli Boards will not share these documents with a third party without the consent of the client. Also, it is must to attend one-on-one ‘Walk through’sessionsn on zoom with mentors before access to online courses is provided.
Simpli Boards reserves rights of Enrollment and registration. It holds the right to deny the unsuitable from attending the sessions/courses.
FEES/REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY
Upon Payment for the service at Simpli Boards, it is deemed that the aspirants had read and agreed with all terms and conditions mentioned in the Terms & Conditions Section of Website.
All the payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances so it is advised to read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly.
If an aspirant fails to avail the service on the designated schedule due to any reasons, Simpli Boards holds no obligation for refund or cancelation or adjustment of the paid fee.
COURSE FEES
The advertised course fees are subject to change without notice. Any planned change in fees will not impact aspirants already registered.
COURSE DURATION
INBDE Advance: 90 – 120 days or Exam (Whichever comes first).
INBDE Advance Plus: 120 – 180 days or Exam (Whichever comes first).
INBDE Advance Plus Premium: 120 – 180 days or Exam (Whichever comes first).
AFK Advance Plus Premium: Conducted in batches. Exam dates are in February and August.
ADAT Plus Premium: Maximum is 90 days.

During the Boards prep course EXAM BOOKING DETAILS is MUST to Access Mastermind / MiniMock Tests/ Revision Mode/ Elite Mock Test/ Mentor Connect.
SIMPLI ADMISSION ASSIST & OTHER ADMISSION SERVICES
1. Enrolled aspirants will provide all asked documents in timely manner.
2. Suggested advice are personalized to particular aspirant and is expected that the aspirant strictly maintains confidentiality of those information.
3. Simpli Boards provide assistance for college admission but does not promise/guarantee admissions to any university/college/institution.
4. All the payments for the SAA services are for the same year cycle. Eg if you made payment for CAAPID 2022 cycle so services can’t be availed for 2023 cycle.
5. Internal candidates may receive discount based on the available offers, but its not guaranteed as always.
IMPORTANT
Simpli Boards reserves the right to modify or update the T&C at any time without notice to aspirants. Any such modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately without notice thereof. Aspirants agree to regularly review the T&C posted on Simpli Boards website and to become aware of any revisions.
